- Transition Mentoring is a program that provides trained mentors to be matched with inmates in a mentor relationship to assist in the transition from prison to community. Lives in Transition is a program run in Victoria and seeks to provide a broad based assistance for inmates in the final stages of their incarceration and the first period of re-integration.
- Welcome Back Celebrations are initiated and encouraged by Prison Fellowship to welcome inmates back into society, and involve an inmate's family, friends, neighbours, etc.
- The Sycamore Tree Project is a victim / offender awareness course that helps both to deal with their aspects of crime and gives a venue for them to assist each other.
- One Step Forward proposed initiatives which are encouraged as a means of facilitating support to a range of victims. Prison Fellowship works with other service providers and churches to enable these support groups to happen.
